Before you start

• You must be 18 or older. We may ask for proof of age at any time.
• Use your legal name and identity. It must match the name on your bKash, Nagad, Rocket or other wallet, your bank account, and any payment account you use with Crickex.
• Have a phone number you control. You will verify it, and it is used to reset your password.

Password rules

• 6 to 20 characters long.
• At least 1 uppercase letter (A–Z).
• At least 1 lowercase letter (a–z).
• At least 1 number (0–9).

Verifying your account

Before your first withdrawal, update your date of birth and verify your phone number in your account. We may also ask you to prove your identity or age when a payment looks unusual. This is called KYC, short for “know your customer”, and it protects your account and your money.

Upload documents only through your logged-in Crickex account, never through a chat app or to an agent.

You must be 18 or older to register or bet on Crickex. We may request age verification and suspend account activity until satisfactory documents are provided, and we void all winnings if an underage person is found gambling on the platform.

Mistakes that cause problems later

• Signing up on a copy of the site. Your details go to whoever runs the copy.
• Using a nickname instead of your legal name, which then fails verification at withdrawal time.
• Paying in from someone else’s wallet or bank account. Payment accounts must be in your name.
• Registering a phone number you might lose, which blocks password resets.
• Opening a second account. Only one account per player is allowed; duplicates are closed and may be frozen.
