Crickex table games: baccarat, blackjack, roulette

Table games are the casino classics, and they offer some of the best odds you will find. At Crickex you can play digital tables that deal instantly, or sit at a live table with a real dealer.

This page explains the rules and best bets for baccarat, blackjack, roulette and Sic Bo, where the house edge is lowest, and how digital tables differ from our live dealer casino.

Baccarat

Bet on the Player hand, the Banker hand or a Tie. Cards count at face value, picture cards and tens count zero, and only the last digit of the total matters, so the closest hand to 9 wins. A two-card 8 or 9 is a “natural” and ends the hand. Whether a third card is drawn follows fixed rules, so there are no decisions after you bet.

The Banker bet wins slightly more often, which is why Banker wins usually pay 0.95 to 1 after a 5% commission. It is still the best bet on the table at about a 1.06% house edge. The Tie pays 8 to 1 but carries an edge of about 14.4%: fun occasionally, costly as a habit.

Blackjack

Beat the dealer’s hand without going over 21. A blackjack (an ace and a ten-value card) usually pays 3 to 2. Played with basic strategy, the mathematically best decision for every hand, blackjack’s house edge drops to around 0.5%.

  • Always split aces and eights; never split tens or fives.
  • Double down on 11 against most dealer cards.
  • Stand on hard 17 or more.
  • With 12 to 16, stand when the dealer shows 2 to 6 (except hit 12 against 2 or 3) and hit when the dealer shows 7 or higher.
  • Skip insurance: it is a side bet with a poor edge.

Roulette

European roulette bets
BetCoversPaysHouse edge (single zero)
Straight up1 number35 to 12.70%
Split2 numbers17 to 12.70%
Dozen or column12 numbers2 to 12.70%
Red/black, odd/even, high/low18 numbers1 to 12.70%

On a single-zero wheel every standard bet has the same 2.70% edge, so your choice is about risk, not value: straight-up bets win rarely but big, even-money bets win often but small. Double-zero wheels raise the edge to 5.26%, so prefer single zero when you have the choice.

Sic Bo and dice games

Sic Bo uses three dice. Big (totals 11–17) and Small (4–10) pay even money and lose if a triple appears, for an edge of about 2.78%. Bets on specific totals or triples pay much more but carry far higher edges, so treat them as long shots.

Digital tables or live dealer?

Digital table games deal instantly, allow lower stakes and let you play at your own pace. Live dealer tables in our live casino stream a real dealer with real cards and wheels and run at the dealer’s pace, with chat and the atmosphere of a real casino. The rules and odds are the same either way.

Frequently asked questions

Which table game has the best odds?

Blackjack with basic strategy (about 0.5% edge) and the Banker bet in baccarat (about 1.06%).

Is there a winning system for roulette?

No. Betting systems such as doubling after a loss change how results are spread, not the house edge, and can run into table limits fast.

Why does Banker pay less than Player in baccarat?

Because Banker wins slightly more often. The 5% commission balances that, and Banker is still the better bet.

Do table games count towards bonus turnover?

Often at a reduced rate, and some offers exclude them. Check the offer’s terms on our promotions page.
