How to start a Live Chat

  1. Open the chatTap the chat icon at the bottom right of the Crickex site, or open the drop-down menu at the top left.
  2. Choose “24/7 LiveChat”Select the Live Chat button.
  3. Enter your detailsType your username and mobile number.
  4. Start the chatTap Start the Chat. A support agent will be with you shortly.

If Live Chat is unreachable, check our FAQ or email [email protected], and we will reply as soon as possible.

Avoid fake support

  • Crickex support never asks for your password or a one-time code.
  • Be wary of anyone who contacts you first, especially after you post a complaint publicly.
  • We never charge a fee to “unlock” an account or release a withdrawal.
  • Phone numbers posted in comments, YouTube descriptions or groups are not ours unless listed on this page.

What to have ready

  • Your username (never your password).
  • For payment issues: amount, date, method and the transaction ID.
  • A screenshot of any error message.
