Crickex login: sign in to your account

The login form

Log in step by step

1. Open CrickexUse a bookmarked address or one listed on our official links page. Avoid links sent in chats or comments.
2. Tap LoginIt sits next to Sign up at the top of the page, or in the app.
3. Enter your usernameExactly as you registered it, with no spaces.
4. Enter your passwordPasswords are case-sensitive, so check caps lock.
5. Tap Login and check your accountYour balance and account menu appear. If the page looks different from usual, log out and check the address.

Check the page before you type anything

Fake login pages copy our colours and logo. The difference is usually in the address bar, so look there first.

• The address matches one you have saved before or one on our official links page, letter for letter.
• The connection is secure (a padlock icon, and an address starting with https).
• You arrived by typing or bookmarking the address, not through a link in Telegram, WhatsApp or Facebook.
• Nobody asked you to share your password or a code. Crickex support never needs them.

Password rules

• 6 to 20 characters long.
• At least 1 uppercase letter (A–Z).
• At least 1 lowercase letter (a–z).
• At least 1 number (0–9).
• Special characters such as @ $ ! % * # are allowed.
• Passwords are case-sensitive.

Choose a password you do not use anywhere else, and change it regularly.

Forgot your Crickex password?

Tap “Forgot password?” under the login form and follow the steps. The reset code is sent by SMS to your registered phone number and by email to your registered email address, so keep both up to date.

1. Tap “Forgot password?”It sits under the password field.
2. Confirm your identityEnter your username or registered contact detail and follow the code you receive.
3. Set a new passwordFollow the password rules above.
4. Log in againUse the new password straight away to check it works.

Biometric login on the Crickex app

The latest Crickex app supports fingerprint and Face ID login, so you can sign in within seconds with an extra layer of protection.

1. Get the latest appDownload the current version from our app page.
2. Set up biometrics on your phoneOn Android, open Settings › Password & Security and add your fingerprint or face. The menu names vary by device.
3. Turn it on in the Crickex appLog in, tap “Set Up Biometrics”, switch the feature on and enter your account password to finish.

Login problems and how to fix them

Keep your account secure

• Keep your details private. Never share your username, password, phone number or email. You are responsible for everything done on your account.
• Do not share your account. Shared accounts get suspended over rule breaches, ownership disputes and account selling.
• Verify your phone and email after registering, and keep them current. We use them for important messages.
• Use a strong password that follows the rules above, and change it regularly. Do not save your username and password on shared devices.
• Never share a deposit slip, and never deposit through someone else’s cash-out number.
• Clear your browser’s cache after each session on a shared or public device.
• Keep your phone’s security software up to date.

If your account is hacked

1. Change your password immediatelyIf you can still log in, do this first.
2. Remove saved payment detailsDelete any saved bank card information from your account.
3. Check your transactionsLook through My Account › Transaction Records for anything you do not recognise.
4. Tell us straight awayContact our 24/7 Live Chat or email [email protected].

Changing your email address or phone number

For your security, contact details are changed by our support team after verification.

1. Email usSend an email to [email protected] with the subject “Request To Change Email Address/Phone Number/Both”. To change your email, send it from your current email address.
2. Include your detailsUsername, full name, date of birth, last deposit amount, last withdrawal amount, current balance, the reason for the change, and the old and new email address or phone number. If you are changing only one, include the other as it stands.
3. Contact 24/7 supportLet our team know you have sent the request, and give your contact number and the best time for a call.
4. Complete phone verificationWe call you to verify the request. This step is required.
5. Wait for confirmationOnce approved, we notify you at your new email address.
